Limited Warranty for a period of 10- years

To the end user (customer), SpringWell Water ("SpringWell") warrants that the following Covered items- retention tanks and mineral tanks (14" or larger) shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10-years under normal application, service and use.

Limited Warranty for a period of 7- years

To the end user (customer), SpringWell Water ("SpringWell") warrants that its solid-state electronic heads shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 7-years under normal application, service and use.

LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The obligation of SpringWell to the customer:

Subject to these warranties the cost of labor covered for the replacement or repair of Covered Items. This includes the replacement of Cover Items such as filter cartridges, elements or lamps.

To the Customer:

Prior to return or repair, it is binding on the Customer to obtain from SpringWell Water a return goods authorization number. The option to return the Covered Items freight prepaid is reserved to SpringWell.

Return of Covered Items:

Following repair or replacement, Covered Items under these warranties shall be returned to the initial point of shipment by prepaid standard freight.
Should the Customer prefer to use the Expedited freight options, they'll be expected to bear the expenses.

Warranty:

Warranties will not cover for defects or damage arising from:
1. Improper handling, physical damage, modifications, misapplication, negligence, and abuse.
2. Accident or defects caused by acts of God, such as fire or freezing.
3. Failure to adhere to the instruction of the manufacturer during transportation, installation, and use.
Improper maintenance such as failure to replace filters or media at the appropriate time will be judged as "neglect". So also, the installation of any system on water conditions beyond the recommended specification for that particular system will render the warranty void and non-binding.
Only a registered owner is entitled to warranties under the condition the owner owns/lives in the home where the system was installed initially. Warranty will be considered nulled if the system is removed from the location it was installed initially.
Warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
This warranty qualifies and represents all other warranties to the customer, whether expressed or implied. This warranty disclaims without limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or treatment of certain water conditions.
SpringWell's liability as contained in this warranties shall not exceed the product's cost.
SpringWell will not be held liable for any loss, incidental or consequential damages. Including damages or expenses of any kind such as loss of use resulting from installation, use, inability to use the Covered Items, or any water treatment system the Covered Items are incorporated into.
The laws of the state of Florida govern these warranties and it may change without notice at any point in time.

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, but due to Covid19 the shipment may delayed up to 4 days. All orders $29.00 and over receive free shipping. Refused Shipments

Damage and/or Lost Shipment

For claims of damaged or lost items (Small Package), return must be made within 10- days of delivery. As for freight shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and report any damage/ loss to the freight driver right away. For purpose of filing claims, we may request photos of damage from you. Please, due to the meticulous process involved, investigations may take up to 5 or 14 business days for loss and damage claims.

Are you the DIY type?

Are you handy? Are you familiar with plumbing and piping? Then this may be a job for you! If not, then we strongly recommend hiring a professional plumber or handyman. Ease of installation depends on your specific home, home’s piping size and type. We will provide you with bypass valve and 1″ elbow fittings. Lead can enter drinking water when service lines that contain lead corrode, especially where the water has high acidity or low mineral content that corrodes pipes and fixtures. Our Innovative Salt Based Water Softener turns hard water into “soft” water through a process called ion exchange. Using the electronic metered valve mounted atop the resin tank, the system measures water by the gallon before running a cleaning cycle. Once the resin bed reaches its saturation point, the cleaning cycle begins. During the cycle, a series of back flushes purge the trapped minerals and flushes them out of the system. When water flows through the resin bed inside the tank, salts like sodium and potassium chloride are exchanged with hardness-causing minerals (primarily calcium and magnesium), resulting in “soft” water. The salts are also replenished in the resin bed during the cycle and the system is ready to go again.

From our proprietary media, to the interior tank design, FutureSoft softener outperforms every other system in the industry. Unlike salt-based softeners which use ion exchange to remove hard water minerals from water, salt-free water softeners use a physical process known as Template Assisted Crystallization (TAC). FutureSoft media inside the tank is only half the equation! To just pour some media inside a tank and hope for the best is typical in our industry and many companies try to get away with it. That is not the case with the FutureSoft system. Again, years of experience and thorough testing led us to design a tank and internal parts that fluidize the media bed better than any other design on the market. Fluidization is the key to forming calcium crystals. The FutureSoft media converts the hardness in the water to calcium crystals which will not stick to anything even under extreme temperatures. It’s only with the media and the fluidization properly working together that you can achieve this.

What to Expect

Once the FutureSoft water softener system is installed, depending on the age of your home and the plumbing will depend on what you will see.

If you live in a new home, you can be sure the system will protect your plumbing, hot water heater, dishwasher, showers, etc. It is designed to protect under high temperatures and low or high water usage.
If you live in an older home with older pipes and such then you will start to experience a clean out period. Depending on water usage, this can take up to 90 days. FutureSoft softener will actually break down and the clean the inside of your pipes and heating elements. As this happens, you will experience an increase in spotting wherever water evaporates. You will mostly see this in the shower, counter tops, shower heads, and faucets. We recommend you flush your hot water heater after the first month of use.

What NOT to Expect

Once the FutureSoft water softener is installed, you will not have a slippery feel to the water as you would have with a salt-based water softener. This doesn’t mean it’s not working. FutureSoft is not adding any sodium to the water and is retaining the important, healthy minerals in your water.

A water hardness test would not show a reduced hardness. How do I know it’s working? The FutureSoft is a salt-free system that does not pull out the hardness to replace them with sodium. The hardness minerals, calcium and magnesium are still present and being crystallized. You will no longer have the downside to hard water, i.e., scaling, etching and clogging of aerators while retaining the beneficial minerals. Also, since the minerals are not being pulled out of the water, you will not be lowering the pH, which can cause water to become acidic helping it to stay alkaline which is very beneficial for you and your home.

The system overall is extremely low maintenance. You will need to replace the 5 micron filter (inside blue canister) every 6 to 9 months. We sell a 2 pack of filters for $40.18 which includes two sediment filters with o-rings and lube.

If you have 1-3 full bathrooms then selecting our 1-3 bathroom drop down will give you a flow rate of 9 GPM while our 4-6 bathroom unit will give you 12 GPM and 7+ giving you 17 GPM. Are you the DIY type?

Are you handy? Are you familiar with plumbing and piping? Then this may be a job for you! If not, then we strongly recommend hiring a professional plumber or handyman. Ease of installation depends on your specific home, home’s piping size and type. We will provide you with bypass valves and 1″ elbow fittings. The above warranties will not cover for defects or damage arising from:

Improper handling, physical damage, modifications, misapplication, negligence, and abuse.
Accident or defects caused by acts of God, such as fire or freezing.
Failure to adhere to the instruction of the manufacturer during transportation, installation, and use.

Conditions of Privately owned Well Water (water sourced from the personal Well of a house owner). The treated water must satisfy the following criteria:

Absence of hydrogen sulfide characterized by the presence of sulfur gas / rotten egg smell.
The said water should be free of oils. Presence of which will coat the media leading to a reduction in its performance and efficiency.
Levels of copper exceeding 1.30 mg/L are considered high and thus unacceptable.
Presence of iron and/or manganese in the water will cause the media to become oxidized.

LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The obligation of SpringWell to the customer:

Subject to these warranties the cost of labor covered for the replacement or repair of Covered Items. This includes the replacement of Cover Items such as filter cartridges, elements or lamps.

Warranties will not cover for defects or damage arising from:
1. Improper handling, physical damage, modifications, misapplication, negligence, and abuse.
2. Accident or defects caused by acts of God, such as fire or freezing.
3. Failure to adhere to the instruction of the manufacturer during transportation, installation, and use.
Improper maintenance such as failure to replace filters or media at the appropriate time will be judged as "neglect". So also, the installation of any system on water conditions beyond the recommended specification for that particular system will render the warranty void and non-binding.
Only a registered owner is entitled to warranties under the condition the owner owns/lives in the home where the system was installed initially. Warranty will be considered nulled if the system is removed from the location it was installed initially.
Warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
This warranty qualifies and represents all other warranties to the customer, whether expressed or implied. This warranty disclaims without limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or treatment of certain water conditions.
SpringWell's liability as contained in this warranties shall not exceed the product's cost.
SpringWell will not be held liable for any loss, incidental or consequential damages. Including damages or expenses of any kind such as loss of use resulting from installation, use, inability to use the Covered Items, or any water treatment system the Covered Items are incorporated into.
The laws of the state of Florida govern these warranties and it may change without notice at any point in time.
