Shipping Policy

Free Shipping in continental USA

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, but due to Covid19 and part delays form vendors, the shipment may delayed up to 7 to 10 days. All orders $29.00 and over receive free shipping.  If you order on the weekend, please note that we do not work every weekend, therefore expect your order to be shipped out from SpringWell Water the next business day! 🙂

Please note: We offer free shipping in the continental USA.  If you are located in Hawaii, there will be an additional shipping fee.  Also note, we are now offering shipping to Canada and additional shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Billing Information

Your credit card will be billed as SpringWell Water.

Shipping: Tracking your products

You will receive a tracking ID via your preferred e-mail for every order. Unfortunately, in rare cases, as is the case during a tracking-data base update by the carrier or due to the complexity of a carrier’s tracking system it is possible that tracking information will become unavailable. If this happens, we kindly advise that you allow for up to 48-hours for our data base to update; meanwhile always feel free to contact customer service for more information regarding your order.

Undeliverable Packages

Sometimes we do have packages returned as “undeliverable.” That said, we offer full refund minus shipping cost (in cases where delivery failed due to address error not the fault of SpringWell Water) for all undeliverable packages returned to us.

We do not re-ship undelivered packages. However, if you are still interested in items returned undelivered, kindly place a new order on our online store. However, contact us if any of these occurs: 1). You suspect your package won’t be delivered as addressed; 2). You are yet to receive a notice confirming its return; or 3). Its weeks past the estimated delivery date and you are yet to get a refund.

Refused Shipments

SpringWell Water, will at its own volition choose to charge a customer return shipping charges if an item is refused upon delivery at no fault of ours. For items refused before delivery, SpringWell will not be held liable for the shipping cost. SpringWell reserves the right to charge 25% restock plus freight/shipping charges for all refused packages.

Damage and/or Lost Shipment

For claims of damaged or lost items (Small Package), return must be made within 10- days of delivery. As for freight shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and report any damage/ loss to the freight driver right away. For purpose of filing claims, we may request photos of damage from you. Please, due to the meticulous process involved, investigations may take up to 5 or 14 business days for loss and damage claims.

Policy on cancellation

You reserve the right to cancel any order before the shipping process commences. Note that orders that have commenced the shipping process cannot be cancelled by you or our customer support team. However, you are allowed to return the item for a refund. Contact our customer service via phone (not email) to initiate a cancellation of your order.

Return Policy

General Return Policy

We accept, within six (6) months the return of all SpringWell brand items in their original condition for a full refund. However, shipping charges are not refundable- return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and SpringWell has the right to charge a 25% restock fee for all returned items.

For Water Test kits, you hold the right to return the item unused within 30 days.

Lastly, the following charges on taxes, brokerage, shipping, and customs as well as border crossing charges on shipments are not refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We invite you to try these products for six (6) months; subsequently you’re free to return the product if you’re not satisfied for a full, 100% refund minus a 25% restocking fee. However, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Taxes, brokerage, customs and border crossing fees on international shipments are not refundable; Note: water conditions must be in line with manufacturer specs.

Product Exchange

Contact customer support if you received a faulty item and wish to replace it for the same type of item. You will receive a prepaid return label from customer support to finalize the return process. A new shipment will be sent to you once we confirm the return of the faulty item.

If you are interested in another product and would like to exchange an item for it, please return the original item per our return policy then go ahead to place a new order for the product you desire. Please note that you can place a new order immediately without waiting for us to receive the original item.
