You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re post, or use the content of the Site for any other purpose without SpringWell Water Filtration Systems express written permission. SpringWell Water Filtration Systems neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with SpringWell Water Filtration Systems.

Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, SpringWell Water Filtration Systems. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions. All names, trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site, unless otherwise noted, are owned or used under license by SpringWell Water Filtration Systems or its affiliates. While SpringWell Water Filtration Systems uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, SpringWell Water Filtration Systems makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy or completeness. Inadvertent errors may occur, including, but not limited to, technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. SpringWell Water Filtration Systems assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

SpringWell Water Filtration Systems also referred to as SpringWellwater.com; SpringWell Water; and SpringWell (collectively the “we,” “our”, and “us”). We are committed to honoring the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the personal information our Users share through the Services provided on the springwellwater.com website. SpringWell Water created this Privacy Policy in order to ensure the confidence of individuals and companies using our web site www.springwellwater.com including all subpages (the “Site”), and to demonstrate our commitment to secure information practices and the protection of privacy. By using our website and/or purchasing our service you consent to collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

Types of Information Collected

In general, we collect information in two ways: (1) passively through technology such as “cookies”, and (2) when you provide it directly, or when we obtain verification information about you through trusted third parties (e.g. banks). If you communicate with us by e-mail, complete online registration forms, surveys or other forms, or post to comment sections or forums, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information.
Demographic Data. Personal Information you provide may be aggregated with that of other Site users to provide non-personally identifiable data on the demographic characteristics of Site users (“Demographic Data”).

Site Usage, including Social Media.

We may collect information about how our Users are using certain springwellwater.com features and functionality and whether they are interacting with third-party applications or clicking on advertisements. In addition, we may offer certain social networking features within the Services, including from third party social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, etc. We may gather information about your profiles on such social networking sites and store and republish such information on our website and as part of our Services.

OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN

Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at [email protected]. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove child’s information.

RETURN POLICY

General Return Policy

We accept, within six (6) months the return of all SpringWell brand items in their original condition for a full refund. However, shipping charges are not refundable- return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and SpringWell has the right to charge a 25% restock fee for all returned items.

For Water Test kits, you hold the right to return the item unused within 30 days.

Lastly, the following charges on taxes, brokerage, shipping, and customs as well as border crossing charges on shipments are not refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We invite you to try these products for six (6) months; subsequently you’re free to return the product if you’re not satisfied for a full, 100% refund minus a 25% restocking fee. However, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Taxes, brokerage, customs and border crossing fees on international shipments are not refundable; Note: water conditions must be in line with manufacturer specs.

Product Exchange

Contact customer support if you received a faulty item and wish to replace it for the same type of item. You will receive a prepaid return label from customer support to finalize the return process. A new shipment will be sent to you once we confirm the return of the faulty item.

If you are interested in another product and would like to exchange an item for it, please return the original item per our return policy then go ahead to place a new order for the product you desire. Please note that you can place a new order immediately without waiting for us to receive the original item.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will govern our use of your information and will always be available for your review at www.springwellwater.com. If we make any change to this Privacy Policy that we in our sole discretion deem material, we will notify you via email to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
